Okay, so you have heard about THE SECRET, and perhaps some of you have viewed the 90 minute movie or have read the book by now. It is all the talk on Oprah and Larry King and on other TV and radio programs. If you recall, I put it on my website some months ago before all the hype began. So, where do you go from there? If you haven't been able to perform miracles in your life, draw to you your deepest desires and attract the millions that you are hoping for, you are not alone. You need to know how to implement the plan, just as any good CEO will tell you. Having a plan is good; you now know where you wish to go, but HOW will you implement the plan? And, is there anything about your plan that needs to be adjusted to fit your current roster of skills and knowledge and lifestyle? You can't ask yourself to perform surgery if you haven't got the skills. You can acquire them, but it will take schooling, and internship. Don't be hard on yourself. It CAN AND WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DESIRE IT, AND PUT FORTH THE NEEDED EFFORT TO ACQUIRE THE EDUCATION AND SKILLS. |

The lastest research from researchers at the University of IllinoiS, the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute have completed a study that identifies the benefits of eating two specific foods you might easily find mixed into veggie omelettes, or in a veggie tray with dip. "There may be an additive effect when tomatoes and broccoli are eaten together that protects against prostate cancer, a new study reports. Researchers at the University of Illinois, the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute explained that the consumption of diets containing five to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables daily is the foundation of public health recommendations for cancer prevention, yet this concept has not been tested in experimental models of prostate cancer. |
