SUGAR FREE alert!!! From Germany |
|
Dear Readers, I receive many email updates and belong to more than a dozen health information news sites to help keep you informed of important health issues. The following information came from Germany today. Although I had told my clients about this information over 15 years ago, science is now in line, at least in Germany, and proving this to be true. Those of you who used to laugh at me for bringing in products like Stevia and Xylitol will now understand how important real sweeteners are. Anything that is unnatural is questionable and we need to think about how it might affect our health in the future. I think that those of you who are set on drinking diet soda will begin to perk up your ears and STOP DRINKING those kinds of beverages now. Please read carefully and think about an alternative to diet sodas. If you must hafve a soda try one of the NATURAL sodas from your health food store. Or if you can't find one, even a regular soda with added sugar is safer (not good either, but safer) to consume. |

If your loved ones won't kiss you because you have halitosis (not from eating garlic), or you have powerful B.O., or your skin is breaking out, you have liver spots, joint stiffness, headaches, or generally feel down, any of these can signal a need to detox. Parasites and harmful bacteria are happiest in a toxic environment. These nasty elements can cause nutrient malabsorption amongst other problems. |
